CGS Services

Booking a courier couldn't be easier. You can either call us or email your requirements. You will be asked for the following information:

Your name, address and contact telephone number
Details of the goods to be carried
The pick up point and destination
The time it needs to be delivered
Any special requirements - handling, paperwork, arranging exhibition stand etc.

If you have an account, the job will be charged to it. If you do not have an account, an invoice for this particular job will follow.

We'll give you an estimate of pick up/drop time and price for the job and get the first available driver on the road. You will be given a booking reference and an estimated delivery time.

The job is tracked by our central co-ordinator who will be happy to keep you informed of progress.

Once the drop/pickup has taken place, we can inform you and provide copies of signatures or other paperwork as required.

You will then receive an invoice for the job as per the terms agreed with us.

You do not need an account to use CGS and we are happy to take a cheque for a job - subject to credit checking. However, if you would like to set up an account, please contact us for more information.
